We explore connections between a brain-based pedagogic model and neural substrates that facilitate agency. We further share ideas that deliver faster processing at the synapse, foster learning with deep understanding, and grow children’s fragile working memory capacity. These methods and associated practices will help children master emotion, employ focus, and attain a state of ‘flow’ that upskills easily with autonomy, mastery and purpose for positive motivational over-tones and paradigm shifting to growth mindset.
